Gaseous Hydrogen Pressure Reduction Station
HSE needs a bespoke gaseous hydrogen pressure reduction station to step down supply from 500 barg to a controlled outlet of up to 100 barg at 20–400 g/s flow rate. The system must be fully instrumented with ATEX-rated pressure, temperature and mass flow sensors outputting analogue signals, built from stainless 316L pipework and fitted with appropriate flanges for their hydrogen test programme.
