London E-Scooter Trial Phase 3
TfL is seeking up to two operators to run the third phase of its e-scooter rental trial across the Greater London area. Operators will provide rental services to participating London boroughs under an Administration Agreement, with the scale and scope determined by which boroughs choose to participate.
