Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama wants to refurbish two areas of the Raymond Edwards building: reconfigure the 2nd floor offices into a classroom and two flexible work spaces, and update the 1st floor toilet block. The work includes demolition, new partitioning, suspended ceilings, flooring, decoration, air-conditioning, kitchenette installation, and sanitaryware replacement.
