Lift Inspections LOLER and Lift Consultancy Services Framework
The Guinness Partnership is establishing a multi-lot framework for independent lift inspections under LOLER regulations and lift consultancy services. The framework will support statutory compliance, asset assurance, risk assessments and technical guidance for lifts in residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings across UK public sector.
