You'll want to look if you install and maintain decorative outdoor lighting systems and hold or can obtain structural and electrical testing qualifications

- CFA registered company to carry out yearly pull testing of catenary wire installations
- Provision of public liability insurance and RAMS documentation
- Ability to obtain Festive Lighting Licence from Hertfordshire County Council
