Digital Care Hub needs an independent evaluator to assess the Better Security, Better Care programme, which supports 28,000 adult social care locations across England with cyber security and data protection improvements. The evaluation will cover delivery, impact, sustainability, cost-effectiveness and social value over a three-year period.
