Scotland's Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Framework
Scottish Government is establishing a framework for public sector bodies to procure building energy retrofit works, including heating system decarbonisation, building fabric improvements, renewables, and district heating connections. Suppliers will go through a two-stage restricted procedure with an SPD submission followed by full tender.
