Mechanical & Electrical, and Plumbing Servicing and Capital Works
The Guinness Partnership is letting six regional contracts for servicing, repairs and installations of mechanical & electrical systems (air conditioning, ventilation, door entry, CCTV, BMS, fall arrest) and plumbing systems (water, sewage, pumps, boreholes) across its housing stock. The contracts run 5+5+5 years and are split into three M&E lots and three plumbing lots by region.
